OTF-1200X-4-R-II-AF is a dual zone rotary tube furnace equipped with automatic feeders and receiving tanks. Automatically and proportionally feeding the powder into the furnace tube, this process can be carried out in an atmosphere protected environment, and continuous CVD method can be used to coat and modify the powder material. The receiving tank can collect processed powders in an atmosphere protected environment. The design of this tube furnace mainly involves coating a conductive layer on the cathode material of lithium-ion batteries (such as LiFePO3, LiMnNiO3), and Si/C anode material can also be prepared by CVD method.
